e take pride in our traditional way of producing this product. The jams are handmade in our commercial family kitchen; we cook in small batches to give you a quality gourmet product.
Another part of the tradition, the jam is stirred down to give it a smooth texture and are then hand poured and hot sealed to maintain the freshness of the product.
